Payment Options for Oral Surgery Patients in Richardson

• Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion of your balance upfront and the remainder over a mutually agreed-upon timeframe. 

1. No-Interest Flex Plan: Pay off your balance within a short time frame and incur no interest charges. 
2. Low-Interest Flex Plan: Spread out your payments over a longer period with a low interest rate. 

• CareCredit: Apply online or in our office prior to your appointment for flexible financing options. 

• Lending Club: Apply online for financing that suits your needs.

Financial Policy 

We are committed to delivering top-quality care while ensuring our services remain accessible. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Important Note: You are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. 

 

Billing and Insurance 

You will receive a monthly statement detailing your account balance. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company during this period, please contact our office for clarification. 

Any remaining balance after your insurance portion has been paid is your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt payment and can assist in setting up a monthly payment plan, provided arrangements are made prior to any scheduled procedures. Your health and comfort are our priorities, and we are here to support you throughout your treatment journey!
