Payment Information: Please note that payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims and track their status. To ensure a smooth process, please inform us of any changes to your insurance plan. Please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies typically respond to claims within four to six weeks, and any remaining balance will be your responsibility.
